This 10x12 storage shed is located at our Berlin location. The 10' wide cape features a 8/12 roof pitch which gives you not only a more elegant look but also affords you the potential for additional overhead storage space. The Cape also comes standard with a single door, double door, and 2 24x36 windows. This structure has optional LP Board and Batten siding. Traditional board and batten siding is prone to wood boring bees as well as termites. The LP siding is infused with a zinc borate so it is termite proof and is backed with a 50 year warranty. So now you have the classic board and batten look without having to deal with the constant maintenance. This structure also has a 5' ramp system with 2 ramps, a 10' shingle over ridge vent, and a 3' diamond kick plate under the single entry door.
